Justice Vincenzo (Enzo) Rondinelli was appointed to the Ontario Court of Justice in 2017. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Justice Rondinelli practised criminal law at Lafontaine & Associates in Toronto with a busy and specialized practice in serious criminal matters and argued before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He was called to the bar in 1997 and has worked with the Pro Bono Law Ontario-Supreme Court of Canada Assistance Program, the Pro Bono Inmate Appeal Program and the Legal Aid Ontario Committee. He has published scholarly articles in the Criminal Reports, Criminal Law Quarterly and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association Newsletter. He is also co-author of the monthly Federico and Rondinelli’s DNA Netletter available on Lexis Nexis Canada – Quicklaw.
